About the role
As a Landscaping Specialist you will assist in the continued growth of the landscaping business through excellent delivery of hard and soft landscaping projects. The work is very hands‑on, can be physically demanding at times but very rewarding. A good understanding of health and safety is important and site working.
Due to working regulations, applicants must be 18 years or over to apply.
You will support the management of the landscaping business and to develop future propositions.
Longstock Park Landscapes has great potential for growth and is ready to evolve into a more profitable business model. As a team, we will be tasked to deliver significant growth over the next 5 years, with the potential to gain career progression. This role within the department will give the Partner experience and increased knowledge of the landscape and horticultural industry.
Key responsibilities
* Landscaping operations: planting and hard landscape services.
* Working with the landscaping team and adhering to health and safety to work in a safe way for all.
* Comply with procedures and standards.
* Excellent customer service.
* Stock, inventory and waste management.
* Transportation of material to sites and waste removal.
Essential skills and experience
* Horticulture or equivalent hard landscape experience.
* Basic brick and block work.
* Patio laying.
* Fencing.
* Experience in using plant machinery.
* Full clean driving licence.
* Practical experience in landscaping services.
