We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary full-time basis, providing essential support during a busy period.
Although this role is initially temporary, there may be an opportunity for it to become permanent for the right candidate.
Duties include:
Handling general administrative tasks to support the office team
Inputting and updating data accurately using Excel and internal systems
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
Assisting with order processing and tracking
Supporting transport coordination and logistics where required
Maintaining organised records and filing systems
Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations What we're looking for:
Ideally, you'll bring a mix of the following skills and experience:
Basic IT skills - including Excel, data entry, and Microsoft Office
A confident and friendly approach to customer service
Experience with order processing (preferred but not essential)
