Procurement Manager | Permanent| £40,000| Hybrid|
Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Public Sector Organisation in Kent, to recruit a Procurement Manager on a permanent basis.
The role sits within the Procurement team, working alongside a team of Procurement managers supporting the Housing Sector.
The individual will be responsible for running mini tenders, managing direct awards and providing a risk free and compliant route to market for suppliers.
The role offers a hybrid working policy; 2 days in office; 3 days work from home
Role:
* Deliver compliant mini competitions and tenders
* Running direct awards
* Contributing towards the utilisation/ delivery of frameworks and Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS’s)
* Delivering bespoke procurement solutions
* Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis
Individual:
* Experience and knowledge of running mini competitions and tenders
* Able to use a range of systems
* Understanding of Public Contract Regulations
* Experience of framework usage and Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS’s)
