About you This role would suit an Associate Solicitor who: Is Scottish‑qualified with 5 years’ PQE Has solid experience in personal injury litigation, including RTA and EL/PL work Has experience of Sheriff Court procedure Brings leadership experience or a clear appetite to manage and develop others Is commercially aware and comfortable working to financial targets Communicates clearly with clients, colleagues and insurers Takes a proactive, solutions‑focused approach Is confident using digital case management systems Experience in credit hire work and Court of Session procedure would be beneficial but not essential.
