Senior Support Worker
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Senior Support Worker to work in a brand new purpose‑built luxury care home providing residential and dementia care. The role requires an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Key Duties
* Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents
* Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals
* Contribute to care planning and coach support workers
* Promote services to relatives, prospective residents and enquiries
* Update and write care plans and resident documentation
* Make and report realistic assessments of each resident to ensure continuity of care
* Administer medication to residents in accordance with policies and procedures
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Proven experience working in a care setting
* Good team player
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Genuine desire to care for others
Benefits
Salary: GBP13.60 per hour (GBP25,459.20 per annum). Permanent full‑time role, 36 hours per week, nights.
