People Policy & Projects Lead
Central London (hybrid)
12‑week contract | 35 hours per week (part‑time considered)
£30.86–£34.48 per hour PAYE
The Opportunity
A great short‑term opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead innovative people policy and project work within a collaborative People & Organisational Development team. You’ll help shape the employee experience, ensure policies are progressive and compliant, and drive improvements across people processes and services. The role is hybrid, with a Central London base preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Policy development — Review, update and embed employment policies and procedures.
* Lead and contribute to people‑focused projects that enhance the employee journey.
* Provide expert advice on employment legislation and best practice.
* Benchmark policies and conduct research to ensure innovation and sector alignment.
* Develop training materials, toolkits and communications to support policy rollout.
* Analyse and streamline people processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
