What will the Management Accountant role involve?
* Prepare accurate, timely financial reports with insights to aid senior management decision-making.
* Analyse performance variances, identify risks/opportunities, and support reforecasting.
* Enhance reporting by integrating operational and financial data while improving systems.
* Lead budgeting/forecasting process and support finance teams with ledger control and reconciliations.
Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with expertise in management accounting, forecasting, and budgeting.
* Strong communicator with experience building trust, collaborating, and presenting financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
* Skilled in analysis and decision-making, with a logical problem-solving approach and the ability to influence effectively.
* Proficient in MS Word & Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
