Vacancy: LETTINGS MANAGER / SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Redhill & Reigate, RH1
Salary: OTE £30k - £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A highly successful independent Estate & Lettings Agency with a flagship office in the Redhill / Reigate Area is looking to recruit an experienced and totally professional Estate Agency Lettings Manager / Senior Lettings Negotiator for a pivotal and leading role within the company.
The perfect candidate will have great listings skills, the right work ethic, a winning attitude and be highly motivated.
You should also have a comprehensive understanding of what great customer service means and an understanding of what makes a local independent estate agency so successful.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, articulate, ambitious, with significant previous experience in residential property sales and specifically be capable of spotting business opportunities and delivering a sensational personal service.
You will also be capable of managing and mentoring a lettings team and of getting the best out of people.
Highly competitive (negotiable) remuneration package for the right person.

Skills required for this Lettings Manager / Senior Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:

* Ability to do valuations and listings essential

* Intelligent and articulate
* Ambitious and self-motivated
* Local knowledge desirable
* Supervisory skills beneficial
* Driving licence is essential
