Finance Officer
We have an exciting role on offer within our Finance team as a Finance Officer for 30 hours per week.
About Us
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Officer to join our Adult Social Care Finance Team. If you want to make a difference to the residents of Middlesbrough.
We are looking for individuals with a strong customer service background, effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail. You will need to be self-motivated, able to work under pressure and be a real team player.
Full training will be provided although experience within finance or adult social care is beneficial. You will have responsibility for a caseload which will include customer contact through multiple channels including both in and outbound customer calling, dealing with staff and client queries around accounts and charging and supporting with the collection of income.
