Reception Administrator We are seeking two professional and enthusiastic Reception Administrators to work on a temporary basis on behalf of our client at their city centre premises. The role involves providing a high standard of customer service and administrative support while ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception environment. Hours: 37 hours per week Key Responsibilities Provide a professional reception service to visitors, staff, contractors, and members of the public Manage reception enquiries, issue passes, and provide information on services and events Handle telephone and face-to-face enquiries and assist with bookings for tours Support retail operations including sales, stock replenishment, and stock checks Carry out general administrative duties including data entry and preparing reports Maintain visitor information points and public notice boards Support postal services by sorting and preparing mail for collection Follow health and safety procedures and assist with the induction of new staff where required Essential Experience Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in a reception or customer-facing administrative role, preferably within a large organisation.
