We're partnering with a highly successful and growing infrastructure contractor that is continuing to secure long-term frameworks and major projects across the UK.
As part of its ongoing expansion, the business is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join its North West team, supporting the delivery of complex civil engineering and infrastructure schemes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Engineer/ Sub Agent looking to step into a business that genuinely invests in its people, offers clear progression routes, and has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects safely and efficiently.

The Role
As Sub Agent, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing site operations and programme delivery
* Supporting commercial and contractual performance
* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
* Driving health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
* Monitoring project progress and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Building strong relationships with clients and project teams
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
* Experience within civil engineering, highways, infrastructure, utilities, or related sectors
* Previous experience as a Sub Agent, Senior Engineer, or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of project delivery and site management
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A proactive approach and desire to progress their career
