Customer Service Advisor
Location: Lackham
Permanent, Part Time 22.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday), 52 weeks per year

What You'll Do
Deliver a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-line customer service experience for students, staff, visitors, and external enquiries
Respond to customer enquiries in person, by telephone, email, and online channels, ensuring a high standard of service
Provide information and guidance on courses, admissions, enrolment, facilities, and college services
Support student admissions, enrolment, and administrative processes, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
Resolve customer queries effectively, escalating complex issues where appropriate
Work collaboratively with colleagues across campuses and departments to ensure customers receive the support they need
Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement of customer service standards
What You'll Bring
A Literacy and numeracy Level 2 qualification (GCSE A-C or equivalent)
Experience in a customer service, reception, administration, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using IT systems and managing multiple enquiries effectively
A calm, professional, and solution-focused approach
Experience within an educational environment is desirable but not essential
(or equivalent customer service experience that you are keen to develop further within the education sector)
