Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Manager at Flaxfields Limited located in Fordham. The Estate Manager will be responsible for Estate Management, Property Management, Facility Management (FM), Budgeting, and providing exceptional Customer Service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
* Estate Management, Property Management, and Facility Management (FM) skills
* Experience in managing estates or properties
* Knowledge of budget planning and management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
* Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
* Relevant certifications in Estate or Property Management
