Join Our Team as a Commercial & Operational Admin Business Partner!

Position: Commercial & Operational Admin Business Partner
Pay Rate: £25 - £37 per hour PAYE DOE or £40.00 UMB/LTD
Duration: Contract until end of December 2026
Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 37.00 hours per week
Location: Based at Burgess Hill - Hybrid with ad-hoc visits required to the office for business meetings and client visits.

About the Role:
As a Commercial & Operational Admin Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in enabling the success of our commercial and operational functions. Your exceptional administration and communication skills will help streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Workload Management & Prioritisation:
* Plan and manage repeatable tasks and ad hoc requests in a timely manner.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly administrative duties and reporting.
Ensure customer contracts are supported effectively to meet deliverables.

Quality & Continuous Improvement:
* Review documents and data for consistency and accuracy.
Maintain accurate records for monitoring and reporting purposes.
Strive for innovative ways to improve processes and workflows.

Customer/Colleague Experience:
* Handle requests and queries with a customer-centric approach.
Engage proactively with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction.

Communication & Collaboration:
* Be a strong team player, committed to providing superior service.
Maintain clear communication and seamless collaboration across functions.

What We're Looking For:

Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in administration within a business function.
Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably (url removed)) and Microsoft Office/Google products.

Personal Attributes:
* A proactive approach with a positive can-do mindset.
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly when needed.
* A team player who can influence and collaborate across teams.
