* Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, using feedback to improve our learning and development efforts.
* Support the implementation of SHEQ strategies and improvement plans across the organisation.
* Provide training on health, safety, and wellbeing to ensure a safe working environment for all.
* Track learner outcomes, performance metrics, and progress against SHEQ goals.

* Assist in designing personalised learning paths for employees, aligned with career development and organisational objectives.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging staff participation in skill-building activities.
What you’ll bring:
* Experience in delivering training (classroom or online), ideally in SHEQ-related topics.
