* Motivational leadership style – keeps teams focused, positive, and productive
* High emotional intelligence – able to read situations and adapt behaviour calmly and appropriately
* Understanding of HSE compliance activities within the workplace
* Experience of Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement methodologies
* Background in monitoring equipment compliance, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
* Understanding of site‑level planning activities
* Proven capability in coaching and developing teams to achieve KPIs and targets, while nurturing future talent
