Responsibilities:
* Lead by example in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring clinical best practices and safe standards.
* Oversee and support a team of clinical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to junior staff.
* Manage clinical operations effectively, ensuring efficient patient flow and coordination of services.
* Monitor staff performance, ensuring high standards are maintained and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
* Act as a key decision-maker in clinical situations, supporting both patients and staff.
* Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* Strong clinical experience in a relevant healthcare field (nursing, allied health, etc.).
* Proven management experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.
* Excellent knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care practices.
* Ability to manage both clinical and non-clinical responsibilities effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Competitive hourly rate of £23.50 per hour
