* Ensure safeguarding protocols are followed, promoting a safe and supportive environment for all students.

Candidate Requirements

* Demonstrated experience working with children and young people with SEN/SEMH.
* A sound understanding of behavioural strategies, learning difficulties, and inclusive teaching methods.
* Confidence in managing diverse classrooms across EYFS, Primary, and Secondary levels.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through us).
* The legal right to work in the UK.
* Experience within SEND schools, PRUs, or alternative education settings.
* Training in Team Teach or de-escalation techniques.
* Familiarity with EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans) and behavioural support plans.
