The successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Financial Advisors and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. IFA Administrator key responsibilities: Provide administrative support to Independent Financial Advisors in day-to-day operations. Utilise back office systems and workflows Assist in the preparation and processing of client documentation and financial transactions. Processing of new business Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our internal systems. Liaise with clients, both in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service. IFA Administrator role requirements: Exposure to Financial Services (0-2 years) would be ideal, such as in IFA Administration, Investments or Pensions Also can consider post-graduates or people with a keenness to get into the industry Knowledge of using a CRM Proactivity and drive to forge a successful career within Financial Planning What's next?
