Position Overview
The role can be based in Denver, CO, Port Washington, WI or West Texas.
As a People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll play an integral role in delivering a best-in-class new hire experience and supporting key administrative functions across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Manager, Employee Onboarding or Manager, Workplace Success, this role supports day-to-day onboarding logistics, HR task coordination, and systems tracking, helping to ensure that internal teams can scale effectively while maintaining operational excellence.

Essential Job Functions
New Hire Onboarding Coordination
1. Coordinate preboarding and onboarding logistics, including equipment shipping, IT access, scheduling, welcome communications, and Day One preparation
2. Track onboarding progress and ensure completion of key milestones (e.g., I-9 verification, orientation, compliance training)
3. Partner with HR, IT, and Office Operations teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience across North America
4. Maintain onboarding documentation and support digital file organization in accordance with company policies
Administrative and Employee Lifecycle Support
5. Provide scheduling and document coordination for HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, and Onboarding leadership
6. Support documentation and process steps related to offboarding, return-to-work, termination logistics, and employee transitions
7. Maintain shared task trackers and follow up on outstanding HR lifecycle action items
8. Help manage the team’s calendar of employee events, HR process deadlines, and onboarding milestones
Systems & Reporting Support
9. Run and maintain routine reports from systems including Workday and third-party platforms (e.g., background checks, onboarding dashboards)
10. Conduct periodic data audits and help ensure consistency across employee records
11. Support the preparation of materials for HR reporting and internal communications
Process Documentation & Communications
12. Draft and maintain onboarding templates, email communications, process guides, and checklists
13. Organize and maintain HR documentation libraries and internal team resources
14. Evaluate and propose opportunities for automation of manual processes
Visa & Relocation Coordination
15. Track logistics, timelines, and documents related to visa or relocation cases
16. Schedule legal or vendor coordination calls and assist with document organization and internal tracking
Internal Event Coordination (as needed)
17. Provide planning and logistics support for onboarding sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and HR events
18. Coordinate invites, RSVPs, materials, and post-event surveys or feedback requests
19. Additional duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
20. 1–3 years of experience in HR support, onboarding, operations, or coordination roles
21. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
22. Strong written and verbal communication skills
23. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality in a dynamic, high-growth environment
24. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, DocuSign, Asana, SharePoint) is a plus
25. Prior experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, or global organization is preferred
26. Travel required is expected to be up to 5% but may increase over time as the business evolves

Additional Details
27. Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
28. This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
29. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
