Cover Supervisor

Salary: £140 - £160 per day (Depending on Experience)
Are you passionate about supporting learning and making a real difference to young people's education? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a supportive and inclusive secondary school in St Albans. The successful candidate will predominantly cover across KS3 & KS4 Science, ensuring high standards of behaviour, engagement and continuity of learning in the classroom.

The Role
As Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and learning activities, primarily in Science for KS3 and KS4.
Supervise classes in the absence of teachers, maintaining excellent behaviour for learning.
Support pupils to engage fully in their learning and follow school routines.
Provide timely feedback to subject teachers on pupil progress and behaviour.
Contribute to the positive and inclusive culture of the school.About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working in an SEN or SEMH school.
Is confident supervising Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills and a calm, positive approach.
