Senior Support Worker - Days & Nights Available £14.25 - £14.80 per hour Within the Camberley area (GU postcode region) 1 x Full-Time Night Vacancy (40 hours) 1 x Full-Time Day Vacancy About the Role We are seeking confident Senior Support Workers to join a supported living service. The service has 8 self-contained flats and supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, neurodiverse conditions, and complex needs. You will lead shifts, support tenants with daily living, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care. Setting Overview 8 self-contained flats with bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, and bathroom Ground-floor and first-floor flats, some with 2 bedrooms for higher support needs Staffing ratio: 2 staff to 8 tenants, 24/7 coverage Support Needs Learning disabilities (moderate-severe) Autism requiring higher support with communication, daily living, community access Neurodiverse needs: PDA, ADHD, dyspraxia, sensory differences, social anxiety Acquired brain injury Health conditions including epilepsy & diabetes Challenging behaviours: physical/verbal aggression, self-injury People who struggle to live with others or need higher supervision Key Responsibilities Lead and support staff on shift Promote independence and daily living skills Assist with care plans, risk assessments, documentation Provide positive behaviour support Ensure safeguarding and safety standards are met Liaise with families and professionals Requirements Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or complex behaviours Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and organisational skills Compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach Shift & Contract Night Senior Support Worker - 40 hours/week Day Senior Support Worker - full-time Rotas include weekdays and weekends About the Service A supportive, safe living environment promoting independence, dignity, and person-centred care for adults with complex needs.
