Large Housing Association requires a Building Surveyor to join their Planned Investment team for a 3 month contract. Responsibilities: As a Planned Investment Building Surveyor your role will be to manage the delivery of External Cyclical Works and Kitchen and Bathroom renewals. Your main function will be to ensure that Projects are delivered to the correct Quality, Time and Budget achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction. This role is responsible for ensuring that planned programme of work are completed to specifications, to the project deadlines and within the budget estimate, safely and to the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Using the tools provided you will conduct a range of technical surveys pre, during and post works and produce reports on properties on the planned works programmes. You will be visible and will attend every site at least once a week reporting back on Contractor progress, risks, technical and health and safety issues and any customer feedback. You will be approachable and build effective relationships with Contractors and Customers ensuring that all complaints and dissatisfaction is investigated and addressed promptly whilst keeping Customers informed of your actions.
