Kiniths House is looking to recruit care assistant’s.
Applicant will ideally hold an NVQ or equivalent Level 2 in Health and Social Care. Don't worry, we can enrol you onto your NVQ if you have not had the opportunity. Previous experience is preferred but not essential, job specific training will be provided.
This vacancy is for between 7-21 hours per week, on a rota basis.
Morning Shifts are between 08:00-15:00, evening shifts are between 15:00-22:00 and Night shifts are between the hours of 22:00-08:00. Occasionally we also have split shifts usually between 10am-5pm.
We do have to work all public bank holidays, including Christmas and New Year, but we aim to make every shift enjoyable.
Kiniths House is looking for kind and motivated individuals who aspire to provide the highest levels of care. The position of Care Assistant can be very busy and demanding, however, you will have the support of the senior management team.

Duties will include supporting adults with learning disabilities either throughout the day and/or night, light house work and the completion of paperwork. We support our service users following their personalised care plan.
Due to the nature of the business, we do ask that all applicants are flexible regarding working shifts including; days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, public holidays and unsociable hours.
You shall be required to have a enhanced DBS. DBS disclosure cost shall be met by successful applicant.
