Responsibilities of the role:
The Cyber Security Solutions Manager will report to the Business Manager of Services and Support and will be responsible for
1. Capula advisory (risk, compliance and architecture assessment) services
2. Traditional security technology platform delivery services such as IDS, Firewall, SIEM and others
3. Building out security operations center (SOC) capabilities for Managed Monitoring Service (MMS)
4. Manage and mentor security services consulting and SOC teams including hiring, training, assessing staff, providing technical guidance and manage financial activities
5. Creating processes and developing/implementing security services engagement delivery methodologies
6. Creating compliance reports, support the audit process, measure services and SOC performance metrics, and report on security services to business leaders
7. Collaboration in presales activities
8. Collaboration in marketing activities
Competency Essentials
9. Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
10. Solid understanding of the operational technology (OT) cyber security compliance requirements and risk assessment frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIS-R, NCSC CAF, HSE OG-86…
11. Understanding of internal networks and politics within the business and marketplace and evidence of leveraging this knowledge to navigate complexity
12. Able to demonstrate stakeholder management and the ability to develop effective relationships at all levels
13. Build and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers and key business stakeholders
14. A drive to becoming a trusted advisor, with outstanding customer service and high performance culture
15. Ability to create and communicate a compelling vision and sense of purpose that motivates teams at all levels
16. Strong networking and influencing skills, both with internal and external stakeholders
17. IT/OT industry training and certifications such as SANS GICSP, (ISC)² CISSP, ISACA CISA, ISA, NIST, BSI…
18. The ability to gain and maintain SC clearance.
