What you'll be doing:
Leading recruitment activity, including advertising, shortlisting, and onboarding
Managing training calendars, inductions, and compliance records
Supporting appraisals, absence tracking, and employee development
Keeping HR records and reporting up to date
Assisting with change projects, engagement initiatives, and process improvements
Ensuring policies, contracts, and handbooks are compliant and clear
