The Role |
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.
Ideal Candidate:
* Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
* Ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
* Knowledgeable about food safety, health and safety standards, and kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
* Enjoy celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
