You’ll be responsible for ensuring the best customer experience in your branch and leading your team to achieve excellent results.
Branch Manager – 12 month secondment, full time (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) – Scarborough, North Yorkshire. You must be within a 45‑minute commute of the branch.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead and manage the branch team, ensuring full training and optimal performance.
* Maintain a high level of customer expectations and possess in‑depth knowledge of all products and services.
* Create and implement the branch’s business plan.
* Manage a busy environment with speed, organisation and outstanding service delivery.
* Apply company computer systems and processes, with training provided.
About you
* Able to take control of the branch and lead people, meeting FCA standards and delivering top‑notch customer service.
* Experience managing people in a busy retail environment.
* Commercial understanding and knowledge of financial regulations and processes.
* Ability to monitor and explore branch activity to spot opportunities and improve customer outcomes.
* Resilient, versatile, flexible, able to prioritise effectively.
* Previous branch manager experience in a retail environment is desirable.
