Group Building Services Manager
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52-weeks (with occasional out of hours)
Salary: £47,500 per annum
Anticipated start date: ASAP

Location: Stowe School, potential to work on a temporary basis at the Prep Schools depending on business requirements.
We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, and professional individual to join our busy Estates Management team at Stowe School. This role is pivotal in assisting the Group Building Manager and the Estates Building Maintenance team to ensure that the upkeep and statutory compliance of the building services for all buildings and infrastructure in and around the school and any other properties that the school may have at their disposal, are fully maintained, and to drive team development.
