We're seeking a Deputy Manager to join our growing team, supporting adults in domiciliary care and supported living settings across Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine office-based leadership with hands-on fieldwork, ensuring that every service user receives compassionate, person-centred care. What You'll Be Doing: Lead the development of care plans and risk assessments Oversee staff rotas, supervisions, and day-to-day management Conduct quality assurance, audits, and spot checks Ensure compliance with CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) Support with recruitment, onboarding, and training Participate in the on-call rota and provide emergency cover when needed Foster strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals What We're Looking For: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) Experience in domiciliary care or supported living Strong knowledge of CQC standards and person-centred care Confident with IT, time management, and decision-making Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Leadership or management qualifications (NVQ 4/5) are desirable but not essential.
