Administrator – Pure Physiotherapy, Norwich
* Salary: £25,396.80 per annum
* Based in Norwich, with occasional travel to other clinic sites
* Full‑time role with shift work: earliest start 7:30am, latest finish 8:00pm
* Includes weekend shifts on a rota basis (currently Saturdays 8:00am–12:30pm)
* 30 days holiday (including UK bank holidays)

This is a full‑time position with varied responsibilities, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care through outstanding administrative support.
About the Role
As an Administrator, you will be a key member of our patient services team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our administrative operations. You’ll manage patient appointments, liaise with referral partners, and support clinical staff with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
This role is primarily based in our Norwich office, supporting the customer calls team, with occasional cover at clinic reception when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a professional and friendly service to patients, families, and referrers
* Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, managing appointment bookings and queries
* Reschedule appointments at short notice when necessary
* Upload referrals and send discharge documentation to relevant parties
* Liaise with third‑party referral companies to coordinate patient care
* Manage multiple mailboxes, responding to emails and voicemails promptly
* Welcome patients and update their arrival in our clinical system
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area
* Assist clinical staff with administrative queries both in person and remotely
* Open and close the clinic as required
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrable experience in administration and customer service
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable
* Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple systems

* Ability to prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure

* High standard of literacy and numeracy
Additional Information
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car would be beneficial for travel between locations
