Responsibilities
* Be a brand ambassador who’s ready to recommend and promote our café menu. Deliver remarkable service so customers feel valued every time they shop with us.
* Utilise digital tools (digital menus and in-store devices) to enhance the customer experience and help customers find what they want, when they need it.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene; work efficiently and effectively to minimise customer wait times.
* Be a team player, creating an inclusive café environment and supporting colleagues and customers daily.
* Work flexibly across various store areas to adapt to changing retail demands.

* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
* Deliver ‘best in town’ standards through presentation, availability, and cleanliness
