Business Operations Lead - Banking
A leading financial client is seeking an experienced Business Operations Lead. Starting ASAP with Hybrid working at their Belfast office.
This strategic business operations role acts as a Chief of Staff to senior leadership, driving alignment between business goals and execution. The position blends finance oversight, workforce planning, and stakeholder engagement, serving as a conduit between the business and corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnering: Support business unit leaders in driving operational efficiency and aligning with corporate objectives.
2. Finance & Budget Management: Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, expense tracking, and productivity initiatives.
3. Workforce Planning: Lead resource and skills planning, organisational health monitoring, and headcount forecasting.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as liaison across global functions and senior stakeholders, facilitating roundtable sessions and cross-functional coordination.
