We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a top Regional Main Contractor covering South Birmingham. This is a key role responsible for managing construction contracts across multiple projects, ensuring commercial control, contractual compliance, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer construction contracts from pre-contract stage through to final account
*
Oversee cost control, valuations, variations, and change management
*
Identify and manage contractual and commercial risks
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
*
Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and company requirements
*
Support dispute resolution and claims where necessary
*
Provide accurate reporting on contract performance and financial status
About You
*
Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role with a Main Contractor
*
Strong knowledge of construction contracts
*
Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
*
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
*
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*
Relevant construction or commercial qualification preferred
