A established client base, working with well-known organisations across sectors including construction, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, and the public sector. What You'll Be Doing You'll be responsible for developing new business across the Northwest, building relationships with organisations that need high-quality, compliance-led training solutions. This will be a proactive role, focused on winning new clients and following up inbound opportunities. You'll sell a board training portfolio, credible and in-demand training offering across areas like NEBOSH, IOSH, CITB, ECITB, UKATA, EUSR, First Aid and NVQ to name a few What You'll Need Experience in business development, sales or account growth Experience in selling training, compliance, health and safety education The ability to work independently and manage your own territory effectively Ideally, exposure to products or markets linked to NEBOSH, IOSH, ECITB, UKATA, EUSR, First Aid or similar A full UK driving licence What's on Offer Up to £50,000 commission 25 days holiday bank holidays Homebased / field-based flexibility
