Your Responsibilities
* Assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
* Precise food preparation and quality control.
* Contributing to innovative menu development to a Michelin star level.
* Supervising and mentoring kitchen staff.
* Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and health and safety regulations.
* Leading the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
* Effective problem-solving and cost control.
Qualifications
* Proven experience at a 3 AA Rosette or Michelin Star level.
* A passion for high quality food, and a drive to work within a team of highly skilled chefs.
* A true passion for the industry.
