Role Overview
Reporting to the Associate Director of Digital and accountable to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, you will lead the Trust’s Digital Delivery and Transformation function.
Responsibilities
* Lead a multidisciplinary team spanning project and programme management, change, digital training, workstreams and portfolio support.
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of the digital transformation portfolio.
* Provide visible leadership across digital delivery, change and training.
* Own portfolio governance, prioritisation, benefits and financial oversight.
* Act as Senior Responsible Officer for key programmes.
* Build strong partnerships with clinicians, corporate teams, suppliers and regional NHS organisations.
* Translate complex technical concepts for senior audiences.
* Embed robust project, programme and change management practices to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.
