Internal Operations & People Lead - Professional Services - Norfolk

We're seeking a confident, emotionally intelligent leader to oversee internal operations and performance across a values-led professional services team.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Championing a healthy workplace culture through strong people leadership
* Managing senior team performance with clarity and consistency
* Leading HR processes from hiring to exit, including training and development
* Keeping policies, compliance, and risk practices up to date and watertight
* Coordinating IT and security protocols with external support
* Streamlining internal systems to ensure smooth delivery and resource planning
* Producing insight-driven reports to inform leadership decisions
* Supporting succession planning and stepping in to reduce leadership bottlenecks
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in people management or operational leadership
* Confidence in handling sensitive performance and HR matters
* Familiarity with compliance frameworks (HR, data protection, AML)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, structured approach to managing change and internal growth
