The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
* Manage and develop a warm desk in the trades & labour sector, placing skilled workers across a variety of construction projects
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Drive business development to expand our client base across Liverpool and surrounding areas
* Lead by example, supporting junior team members when needed
* Ensure full compliance with industry standards and recruitment best practices

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in trades & labour recruitment (2+ years preferred)
* Excellent knowledge of the local construction market
* Strong business development skills with a track record of billing success
* Confident, self-motivated, and highly organised
* A team player who thrives in a busy, target-driven environment
