About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our healthcare team and deliver outstanding service, supporting the heart of the healthcare team at Heathrow IRC.
Hours: Monday – Friday: core office hours.
Salary: Full‑time position; annual salary up to £29,837 per annum.

Candidates are required to have a legal right to work in the UK. Because of the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
What you'll be doing
* Contribute to the delivery of administration services to the healthcare team on site
* Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases, waiting lists, call‑up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, etc.

Qualifications Required
* English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
* Ability to prioritise workload
