The role
Paywall & Sales Operations Lead Surbiton, Surrey (Office-based) £28,000 rising to £30,000 after probation up to £6,000 bonus (OTE £36,000) We are currently working with a digital marketing agency who specialise in the social media management of online content creators. This is a varied role combining operations, performance management, data analysis and team leadership. You'll manage a portfolio of creators, optimise revenue performance and oversee a remote operations team to ensure everything runs efficiently.
