Your new role As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the day to day movement, storage and dispatch of ingredients, packaging and finished products within a busy warehouse operation. You will be responsible for receiving goods, supplying materials to production in line with schedules, and preparing finished products for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and full traceability at each stage. Working closely with supervisors and production teams, you will help maintain smooth workflow across the site while ensuring stock rotation, labelling and documentation are completed correctly. This is a hands on role with a strong focus on food safety, organisation and teamwork, offering varied days within a well structured environment. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will be reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast paced warehouse setting. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial, though not essential for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. You will have good attention to detail, be capable of safely carrying out manual handling tasks and follow procedures accurately. A basic level of spoken and written English is required to understand instructions and complete documentation, while forklift experience or a willingness to undertake training will be viewed positively.
