Overview
We are currently looking for experienced Carers to join our highly skilled care team looking after children and young adults with complex care needs.
Key Responsibilities
* You will work as part of a team caring for children and young adults with life limiting and life threatening conditions during respite breaks, symptom management stays and at end of life.

* The salary is up to £25,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time working).
