Commercial Property Solicitor (4-6+ PQE)
Due to extensive growth and multiple acquisitions, Fusion Consulting Group are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join us in our central office in Bishopsgate, Liverpool Street.
FCG, now in its tenth year of trading, acquired Birdi & Co (a fully SRA regulated law firm) in early 2025 which focuses on M&A, Corporate, Commercial, Employment, GDPR & Property Law.
The firm offers excellent career prospects to somebody who wants to embed themselves as a key player in a small but rapidly growing team.
Key Responsibilities
The Commercial Property Solicitor joining our team will work on a wide range of commercial property matters, with an emphasis on the childcare and healthcare sectors, including:
* sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties
* grant of new lease / lease renewals
* commercial property aspects of corporate transactional work, including M&A transactions, company re-structuring and re-financing matters
There will also be an opportunity to become involved with the firm's marketing and business development initiatives, including:
* creating and maintaining client and referral relationships.
* launching online marketing campaigns
Candidate Requirements
* 2-6+ years post qualification experience
* Understanding of current legal practices and precedents
* Strong strategic, analytical and project management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven Business Development capability
