Job Title: Legionella Remedial Plumber Location: Dartford, Kent Salary/Benefits: £28k - £43k Training & Benefits Due to winning new contracts, our client is seeking a Legionella Remedial Plumber, who has a well-rounded skillset and holds the accompanying industry qualifications. You will be joining a well-established company, who offer specialist legionella and water hygiene services to a broad spectrum of clients, including commercial, residential and public sector premises. Experience / Qualifications: - Experience working as a Plumber within a Legionella / Water Hygiene company - Must hold an NVQ Plumbing qualification (1, 2 and / or 3) - Ideally will be qualified with the G3 Unvented ticket - Robust knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines - Hardworking attitude - Flexible to travel when required - Good IT and literacy skills The Role: - Undertaking a range of reactive and PPM remedial plumbing duties - Tank installations, refurbishments and replacements - TMV replacements and installations - Deadleg removals - Installations of POU heaters - Flexi hose changes - Servicing and installing unvented cylinders - Ad-hoc cleans and disinfections - Identifying system performance issues and making technical recommendations - Producing detailed service reports Alternative job titles: Plumber, Legionella Plumber, Water Hygiene Plumber, Remedial Technician, Plumbing Engineer.
