We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker to join the team at Harpers Green based in Padgate, Warrington, WA2 0YN.
Salary £12.60 per hour
Hours 27 hours weekly

Role overview

Looking for a job where you can make a real difference in people\'s lives? Look no further than working with us here at Making Space! As a Support Worker in Extra Care you\'ll be supporting adults on a person centred basis to live independently in their own apartments. From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. You should be able to think on your feet and truly understand our clients\' needs with a positive approach.


Qualifications and qualities

We’re not too concerned about formal qualifications for this role; we are more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. If you\'re the type of person who finds joy in the little moments of life and can ensure our tenants are living a full and happy life, then we want to hear from you. Schedule

This position is based on a 4 weekly rota as follows:

Week 1: Tuesday 07:00–14:00 and 16:00–22:00; Thursday 07:00–15:00 and 15:00–22:00.

Week 2: Tuesday 07:00–15:00 and 15:00–22:00; Sunday 07:00–15:00 and 15:00–22:00.

Week 3: Tuesday 07:00–16:00 and 16:00–22:00; Thursday 07:00–14:00 and 16:00–22:00.

Week 4: Tuesday 07:00–14:30 and 15:00–22:00; Sunday 07:00–14:00 and 16:00–22:00.
