Provide Community Equipment delivers and installs vital equipment and adaptions to customers, which is essential to support daily living needs and aid their independence.
Working alongside clinical prescribers and local authorities. The role is responsible for safely delivering, fitting, demonstrating and collecting equipment from client's home. This will include providing physical/portering assistance to clients (including moving and handling) and giving instruction/guidance relating to equipment fitted. This role requires the ability to deliver a customer centric service. Client's for Provide Community Equipment are both adults and children.
