Finance Data & Insights Consultant – 12‑month fixed term contract (FTC)
Location: Stratford‑upon‑Avon (head office) with up to 80% remote working.
Salary: up to £55,000.
Responsibilities
* Partner with finance and business units to support finance partnering and planning processes.
* Analyse performance and forecast future outcomes.
* Provide data‑driven insights to influence strategy and performance.
* Build and maintain forecasting models and performance dashboards.
* Support reforecasting, budgeting and other planning functions.
* Advise on and implement automation, data platform improvements and process optimisation.
* Support knowledge sharing and capability building within the team.
Qualifications
* Proven experience delivering data analysis and insights.
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI or similar tools.
* Experience building forecasting models and performance reporting.
* Strong stakeholder engagement across finance and business teams.
* Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
Nice to have
* Background in FP&A, finance analytics or commercial finance.
* Experience in regulated or corporate environments.
* Experience with process improvements or automation initiatives.
