They are currently seeking a qualified Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of learning needs across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver targeted interventions, provide one-to-one and small group support, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
What you'll need to succeed
•Relevant qualification (Level 2 or above in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent)
•Experience working with children in mainstream or SEN settings
•Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
•A patient, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting learning
mitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
