We are now hiring a driven, commercially minded recruiter to join our London office and play a key role in expanding this elite practice.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter (2+ years) who wants to step into a higher-value, more intellectually stimulating market.
What matters is your ability to win business, build relationships, headhunt senior talent, and close high-value deals.
You’ll be supported to build deep market knowledge while operating at the senior end of global financial markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Headhunting High-Calibre Talent
Identify and engage quantitative researchers, systematic traders, and technical specialists from hedge funds, trading firms, academia, and technology environments.
Owning the Full Recruitment Lifecycle
From market mapping and outreach through to offer negotiation and closing.
Advising Senior Stakeholders
Partner with Portfolio Managers, Heads of Research, and trading leadership teams on hiring strategy and talent positioning.
Driving Revenue Growth
Develop existing client relationships and win new mandates within a high-value, competitive space.
Building Market Expertise
Develop strong commercial insight into systematic trading and quantitative finance, becoming a trusted specialist over time.
Collaborating in a High-Performance Team
Work closely with colleagues across London and our international network.
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years’ experience in recruitment (financial services, technology, or other high-performance markets preferred)
• Proven track record of billing and/or client development
• Commercially sharp, resilient, and ambitious
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
• Motivated to operate in a high-barrier, high-reward market
